The service is horrible, avoid this place. Been there a couple of times, they are far too slow at the table service, and some of the ladies behind the counter are absolutely rude. I needed to eat something today, I had only half an hour free. Even being the shop half empty, none of the six ladies, either at the counter or serving tables came to take order. After 10 minutes I had to order at the counter, and a rude old lady refused to serve a glass of milk at the table, or to handle it to me, she said I had to wait more at the table (while the girls serving were chatting among them!). I asked if she could order it for me, and refused. I must say this type of service is unnacceptable. I want to point out that I am heavily pregnant, but the old lady could not care less even when I mentioned that I was in a rush and could not wait more. I will never step again into this place of rudeness and bad service. By the way, don't ask for a complaints form, they do not have it.
